In the Eyes of Mr Fury is the first novel by Philip Ridley after his novella Crocodilia, and first published in 1989. It was the first book published in the Penguin Books Originals list. The novel has become a cult classic and became something of an underground phenomenon when published in Russia in 2004.
In 2015 the novel is being reissued in the United States by Valancourt Books along with Ridley's other titles Crocodilia and Flamingos in Orbit.
