The Twenty-First Century City: Resurrecting Urban America is a book by former Indianapolis mayor Stephen Goldsmith. Many of the ideas presented in the book resemble libertarianism or anarcho-capitalism - essentially the government needn't or shouldn't provide services that a market economy can provide better.
